Payment Terms
We require payment in full before we begin work on any project. Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit/debit card or mobile banking such as: bKash, Nagad. Cash payments is only available for local clients who can walk into our office.
Payment Schedule
For projects with a total cost of $500 or less, we require full payment upfront. For projects with a total cost of more than $500, we require a deposit of 50% upfront and the remaining 50% upon completion of the project. We may also require additional payments at specific milestones during the project, which will be agreed upon with the client beforehand.
For ongoing SEO of your website we require a monthly agreement.
Late Payments
If payment is not received within 14 days of the invoice date, we reserve the right to suspend work on the project until payment is received. In the event that payment is not received within 30 days of the invoice date, we may terminate the project and retain any payments already made by the client.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for services rendered. If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us to discuss your concerns.
Taxes
The client is responsible for any applicable taxes, including sales tax, VAT, or any other taxes imposed by any governmental authority.
Currency
All payments must be made in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka).
For international clients, all payments must be calculated in US dollars (USD). The currency conversation from USD to BDT will be determined with rate given by Bangladesh Bank. If you are making a payment from a country where USD is not the local currency, please check with your bank to ensure that you have sufficient funds to cover any currency conversion fees.
